Returns and refunds
Changed your mind? No worries!
I offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it in. Just send me a message at [your email/contact info] with your order number and what you'd like to return. Once your return is approved, I’ll share the return address with you.
Other things to note:

Returns must be requested and approved before sending anything back, or it could delay the process.

Please package your returning item carefully, I can’t process refunds for return parcels that get lost or arrive damaged.

Refunds cover only the cost of your items. Shipping costs both ways on returned orders are the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
Damages and incorrect/missing items
Oh no! Something wrong? Please inspect your order when you receive it and reach out right away if something is amiss. Please include:

Clear photos of the damaged item (if applicable)

Clear photos of the packaging your order came in

Any other details that will help me sort things out ASAP

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
